na semana passada voltei ao Vinum (ver anterior post aqui), desta vez não ao final da tarde, mas para um almoço. e que almoço....e preparem-se, vou falar de carne:)
o Vinum - Restaurante & Wine Bar é o conceituado restaurante das Caves Grahams (família Symington). para além de ser um dos melhores restaurantes da cidade do Porto, a nível de qualidade e serviço, é também um dos que tem a melhor localização - não deixe de ir lá nem que seja só para beber um Porto tónico - aproveita e desfruta das magníficas vistas sobre a cidade.
mas o meu conselho é que lá vá almoçar ou jantar, não se vai arrepender....
neste momento, e até ao dia 3 de Dezembro, estão decorrer as II Jornadas Gastronómicas do Boi de Trás-os-Montes : para quem gostar de carne, esta é daquelas oportunidades a não perder.

last week I went back to restaurant Vinum, (see previous post here) this time not for the sunset, but for lunch. and what a lunch....and be prepared, I will talk about meat...:)
Vinum - restaurant & wine Bar is located at the Grahams wine cellars (Symington Family). it is considered one of the best restaurants in Porto, for its quality and service, but also for its location - you should go there, even if you just go there for a glass of port wine, so you can enjoy the magnificent views.
but you should go there for lunch or dinner, you will not regret the experience.
at the moment and until 3 December, they are having days of the "Boi Velho" from Trás-os-Montes - great excellence meat from the North of Portugal - so for those who like meat, this is an opportunity not to lose.

vou confessar, eu, (vegetariana:), não comi a carne.... (mas também não passei fome) e quem comeu foi unânime: estava excelente. e pelas fotografias acho mesmo que dá para ficar com água na boca, não?

I confess - I am vegetarian and I did not taste the meat....:)
but all the other people did it and were unanimous: it was excellent. and from the pictures it really seems excellent, no?
