há sempre alturas em que apetece largar tudo, mudar de direcção, parar, congelar o tempo como que numa bolha e sair dela apenas quando soubermos que algo está diferente.
mas a mudança está em nós, o caminho a seguir é em frente, e não vale perder o foco.
a inspiração, essa vem sempre do mar.

but the change is within us, the way to go is straight on, and we cannot loose the focus.
