o Monte Velho Retreat Centre dispõe de 12 suites, uma Casa T2 e uma casa T3 + 1.
a herdade fica inserida no parque natural da costa vicentina, e está decorada num estilo simples e étnico mas com todo o conforto.
serve pequenos almoços deliciosos, tem uma sala comum com instrumentos musicais, livros, jogos e chás à disposição, não tem televisão, mas tem WI FI, e durante a estadia há a possibilidade de se participar em aulas variadas (yoga, danças africanas, equitação....), ou mesmo receber uma maravilhosa massagem.
para além disso tem um lago onde se pode nadar ou andar de barco, e durante o ano promove retiros de yoga ou de índole espiritual - (o próximo a acontecer é já em Setembro, quem vem comigo??? - já vou falar disso no próximo post!! :)

it is located within the natural parq of the southwest coast, and is decorated in a simple and ethnic style, but with plain comfort.
it only serves breakfasts - delicious - and has a common living room with musical instruments, books games and teas, there is no TV but WI Fi available, and during your stay you can attend different classes, like yoga classes, african dance, horse riding....) or even receive a massage.
it has a lake where you can dive or go on the boat, and during the whole year it promotes yoga retreats or spiritual retreats (next one coming on September 11 - 17th, who will join me??? - I will talk about this next post!! :)

a praia mais perto da herdade do Monte Velho é a praia do Amado, uma das minhas praias prediletas e a meu ver uma das mais bonitas praias de Portugal - e ideal para fazer surf - mas não faltam à volta outras praias lindas para conhecer, e o meu conselho para quem está nesta zona é mesmo percorrer um pouco a costa e deixar-se surpreender com a maravilha que é nosso país.

the closest beach to Monte Velho is Amado beach, one of my favourites and in my opinion one of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal - ideal for surfing - but there are a lot of other beautiful beaches, and if you follow my advise, the best is to explore the coast and be surprised by the amazing Portugal.
