o Porto tem uma segunda festa de S. João e já toda a gente sabe a data: é em Setembro no dia do Nos D'Bandada! :)
só não há martelinhos nem balões no ar, mas há música, muita música! por isso se diz que é o "S. João da música", onde a cidade sai para a rua enchendo abaixa, as lojas, os restaurantes e bares e todos os espaços que acolhem os concertos.
foram mais de 50 concertos espalhados por diversos espaços, muitos deles ao ar livre e todos de entrada gratuita, numa festa que começa sempre durante a tarde e termina noite fora.
este ano não foi exceção e a cidade aderiu! venha a próxima edição! :)

Porto has its second S.João day, and everybody knows when it is: the day Nos D'Bandada takes place - there are only missing the plastic hammers and the balloons in the air, but there is music, a lot of music! - that's why now we call it the "S.João of the music", where all city goes to the streets, and all downtown aerea gets crowded, as well as shops, bars and restaurants and all the places that host the concerts.
more than 50 concerts spread through different stages, a lot of them at open air, and all of them of free entry, in a party that starts early during the afternoon, ending late after midnight.

this year was no exception and and the city was all envolved! so let's wait for next edition! :)

o único espaço fechado que entrei foi no Silo Auto, que está de paredes com pinturas novas : (giras!) e que acolheu o concerto do Miguel Araújo, ao qual eu cheguei atrasada, pelo que não consegui fotografar pois só tinha cabeças à minha frente...

the only closed place I went was Silo auto, that has wall with new paintings : (nice ones!) and that hosted Miguel Araújo's concert, to which I arrived late and could not take any picture because of many heads in front of me....
