o human fest aconteceu de 13 a 16 de Outubro no Pavilhão Rosa Mota, e foram 4 dias dedicados às terapias alternativas, à alimentação saudável e ao apelar das consciências para se viver de forma mais sustentável e num mundo melhor.
eu fui até lá pois sou fã destes temas e apologista deste estilo de vida, e há sempre tanto a aprender e partilhar entre uns e outros :)

human fest took place from the 13-16 October at Pavilhão rosa Mota, during 4 days dedicated to the alternative therapies, healthy lifestyle and food, and the appeal to take conscience of a sustainable and better world to live in.
I went there as I am a big fan of these themes, and there is always a lot to learn and to share with others.

este género de festival não é novo na cidade, foi no entanto a primeira vez que surgiu com este nome e com outros organizadores, assumindo ser uma organização 100% local ou do grande Porto.
Paz Pazes (Escola de Yoga e organismo multidisciplinar com atividades de desenvolvimento pessoal) e a Zafus Zafus (empresa de produção artesanal de acessórios para meditação) obtiveram o apoio da Porto Lazer e foram os mentores deste festival, ao qual deram o nome de Human Fest, e que esperemos, tenha vindo para se afirmar na cidade como um festival que faz parte da cidade.
a entrada era de acesso livre à zona da feira e da restauração, havendo alguns workshops de participação restrita e sujeitos a pré-inscrição.

this kind of festival is not new in the city, but was the first time that had this name and different organisers, assuming a 100% local organisation (from Porto).
Paz Pazes (Yoga School and multidisciplinar organisation, with several activities in the area of human development) and Zafus Zafus (producing meditation accessories) had the support of Porto Lazer and were the mentors of the festival.
we really hope Human Fest will be a name to remember as a festival to be part of the city.
entry was free for the fair and for the food area, with some restricted workshops that needed previous application.
